TeamDynamix is Cornell's IT service management and ticketing tool that:

  •  Provides a self-service experience via web portals and web forms for Cornell and non-Cornell users. 

  • Provides a simple, streamlined user interface for all users, including end-users and technicians.  

  • Allows support organizations to easily assign and update ticket classifications. 

  • Uses ticket data to provide key performance indicators (KPIs) and other metrics in a dashboard setting. 

  • Can be used to create automated multi-step ticket workflows. 

  • Provides a mobile experience for users through responsive application design.
