Knowledge Base articles can send notification reminders to their owners about upcoming review dates in production environments. This can be changed within the article settings.

Change Upcoming Review Date

This assumes you are logged in to TeamDynamix and you have navigated to the article that you want to set a review date on.

1. Select Edit Article from the menu on the right side of the page.

2. Select Settings from the ribbon beneath the article's name.

3. Scroll down to Next Review Date.

4. Enter a date for when you want the next review to be done.

5. Select the box next to Notify Owner of Review Date if you want the owner to receive a notification.

Change Interval for Reminder Notifications

Admin users can set the interval at which these reminder notifications will be sent. The default interval is set at 14 days before the review date. 

1. Log in to TeamDynamix

2. Select the person icon next to your name in the upper right corner of the page.

3. Select Admin.

4. Select Knowledge Base from the menu on the left side of the page.

5. Select Settings from the menu on the left side of the page. Knowledge Base Settings will display in the right panel.

6. Scroll down to find the Article Owner Review Notification Reminder Interval field, then change the interval as desired and click Save.
