Prevent TeamDynamix Email from Being Routed to Junk Email
How to prevent Outlook from routing TeamDynamix and other important emails to Junk.

Why is This Happening?
When users report that they are not receiving TeamDynamix emails this is typically because Outlook is routing the messages to Junk.
Set an Email Address as a Safe Sender
To resolve Junk routing of TeamDynamix emails, we recommend that users set the TeamDynamix emails as a "Safe Sender,"
- Log onto your Cornell Outlook account.
- Select an email from your Junk Email folder.
- Right-click or Cmd-click on the email and select > . A new window will open.
- Select from the left hand menu.
- Scroll down to the Senders section and select .
- Enter the address you want as a safe sender then select .
