How to locate and review your tickets in TeamDynamix

TeamDynamix lets you check the status of your tickets at any time. To do so:
- Log on to the TeamDynamix Client Portal.
- When prompted, enter your NetID and Password.
By default, the Client Portal shows your current ticket requests; new, in process, or on hold. It includes any tickets that were created on your behalf.
To see completed or canceled tickets:
- Under Status Class, select Completed or Canceled.
- Uncheck any categories you do not wish to see.
- Select Search.
To return to your tickets from any other page on the Client Portal, such as the CIT Service Catalog or the CIT support page:

From the menu bar, select Services.

Select Ticket Requests.
