How to locate and review your tickets in TeamDynamix

TeamDynamix lets you check the status of your tickets at any time. To do so:

  1. Log on to the TeamDynamix Client Portal.
  2. When prompted, enter your NetID and Password.

By default, the Client Portal shows your current ticket requests; new, in process, or on hold. It includes any tickets that were created on your behalf.

To see completed or canceled tickets:

  1. Under Status Class, select Completed or Canceled.
  2. Uncheck any categories you do not wish to see.
  3. Select Search.

To return to your tickets from any other page on the Client Portal, such as the CIT Service Catalog or the CIT support page:

  1. From the menu bar, select Services.

  2. Select Ticket Requests
