Unable to Connect to eduroam at Cornell or Other Participating Institutions (Windows)
Troubleshoot your eduroam connection at Cornell or other campuses.

Your computer may have an older setting in use that is preventing a successful connection. Use the following steps to check your settings.

Click the Wi-Fi icon, then right-click eduroam, and then click Properties.

In the Wireless Network Properties window, click Settings.

In the next window, click Configure.

In the Properties window, remove the check from the Automatically use my Windows logon name and password (and domain, if any), and then click OK in this window and the others until you are finished.
