This article applies to: Wi-Fi

  1. Tap Settings.
  2. Tap Wi-Fi.
  3. Tap RedRover.
  4. Open Safari to connect to the Internet. If this is the first time you're connecting to RedRover with this device, you'll be asked to complete a quick registration process. Cornell University Policy 5.7, Network Registry, requires registration of all devices connected to the network. The following steps apply only when you're registering a device.
  5. On the Cornell Network page, click Connect with Cornell NetID or GuestID.

If you have not accepted the Cornell Network Terms and Conditions, you'll be asked to agree to the terms on the My Computers page. You can also add or edit a device description or remove a registration at any time on the My Computers page.
Duo Two-Step Login users: If you're registering a device on which you have also installed the Duo Mobile App, you will NOT be able to register that iOS device directly on RedRover.

Instead, switch to the eduroam network. Logins from eduroam are automatically registered in the campus registry on an hourly basis. Once your device has been registered through eduroam, you will then be able to use RedRover without additional authentication.
