Technical Requirements for My Extension Everywhere
My Extension Everywhere works with any type of phone.

This feature is available on the Avaya system, which is due to be decommissioned in 2025. Groups that need this feature should migrate to RingCentral. Contact your Telecom Coordinator or email NCS-OS@cornell.edu for assistance.
The only technical requirements to use My Extension Everywhere are:
- A Cornell-issued campus phone number
- A 10-digit alternate telephone number
The set type of your Cornell phone does not matter, and My Extension Everywhere works with cell phones and land lines from any service provider.
