Problems with RingCentral Login on Mobile Devices

If your mobile device uses both the RingCentral app and the two-step authentication app (DUO), it may not be clear how to complete the login process. Follow these steps.

  1. Open the RingCentral app, using your address. Do not use your phone number to log in.
  2. Your browser will open. Log in through CUWebLogin as normal.
  3. Authenticate through two-step (DUO).
  4. Switch back to your browser. This is the part where it's easy to get lost. After you authenticate, you need to return to your browser, where you'll find an Open RingCentral App prompt.
  5. Tap Open.

The RingCentral app should open, ready for your use.
