Add Alias (COEA) Address to G Suite Account

If you have a Cornell Optional Email Alias (a name-based version of your NetID address), you can set your G Suite account to send messages that come from either address.
- While signed in to your G Suite account, click the at the upper-right, then select .
- Click .
- In the Send mail as section, click . A dialog box will open.
Enter the name you want displayed and your COEA address.
- Click Send mail as section. . The dialog box will close and you'll see your COEA address added to the
- (optional) To make your COEA address the default, click to the right of the COEA address.
When you compose new messages, the message will appear to come from whichever address you have made the default. To change the From address for a single message, click anywhere on your name and address on the From line, then select the desired address.
