Block Calls from a Phone Number
You can prevent a known spam number from calling you again, using the RingCentral app.

- In RingCentral app (not website), click Phone in the left navigation column.
- Mouseover a call from the number you want to block.
- Click More (the three-dot icon at the right edge of the screen), then select Block Number.
