Share Your Mail Folder in Outlook

You can use an Exchange Group Account (EGA) to share email for Cornell business purposes.
EGAs allow multiple people to work with email in a shared mailbox and can be easily passed from one person to the next when someone with access is temporarily unavailable, or leaves the department or the university.
For other file sharing and collaboration options, consider Microsoft Teams or Box.
