The new IT@Cornell website improves IT support staff's access to knowledge, is more accessible, and provides the benefits of updated web framework technology.

IT@Cornell averages more than 350 thousand visits per month on average and contains more than three thousand knowledge, news, and service information articles that help the Cornell community use university IT services. 

The first phase of the project, design and development, concluded in spring 2023. Content entry and testing ran from spring into summer. Quality assurance and Web Accessibility assessments followed, leading to a launch of the site in fall 2023.
