The updated IT@Cornell website (it.cornell.edu) went live after the close of business hours on Monday, September 25, 2023. The launch concludes the new site project, which began late in 2022.

The new version of the website runs on Drupal 9, a supported version of the web platform that brings infrastructure and security improvements. Content from the previous site that is still relevant was migrated to the new site, and also used to populate CIT's support knowledge base. Outdated articles were not conveyed to the new site.

The functionality and navigation of the site are largely the same, so individuals familiar with browsing to information they need on the old site should still be able to find it on the new one. Aliases have been set up in the new site so that most bookmarks should continue to arrive at the desired content.
