How to solve the problem if your Video on Demand upload fails

While uploading, you see this error message:

No Files Uploaded - An error occurred during the upload. Please try again.

How to Solve this Problem

This is most often a transient problem that can occur due to network congestion or system load. Waiting a few minutes and trying again will usually resolve this problem.

If you continue to encounter this problem on multiple attempts, with at least a short wait between attempts, please report this problem to the IT Service Desk.
