How to troubleshoot the “Media Not Ready” Error in Video on Demand

User Experience
While viewing the My Media page, I get “Media not ready” when selecting a video.
How to Solve this Problem
Rapidly navigating between videos within the interface can sometimes cause this error as the system tries to rapidly load a player for each video (when you select a video, the full player for that video loads at the bottom of the page). Just give the system a few seconds to finish loading the previous video before you make a new selection.
