To initiate service in your unit or IT service group, please contact us at the email addresses listed below. The Desktop Engineering team will contact you to learn more about your environment, to discuss the service and options for deployment, and to discuss onboarding. If your area is within an IT Service Group, please check with the service group's IT director to determine if your service group is already using the Endpoint Management Tools service.
Only IT Service Group directors and their designates may request service initiation.
