What Is Appspace?

CUView digital signage content is managed using Appspace, a cloud-based content management platform.

After your CUView account has been created, an automated invitation message will be emailed to you from the system. Follow the link to confirm your new account and provide basic details.

You will also be automatically subscribed to the CUView discussion list (CUView-discuss-l@cornell.edu).

If your unit, college, or department does not have its own digital sign, but you would like to share content with other communicators on campus who do, please visit Share Your CUView Content with Other Cornell Departments for details.

Connect to Your CUView Network on Appspace

  • Go to the Appspace Dashboard. Enter your Cornell NetID email address, then sign in using your Cornell NetID and password. You may need to authenticate with Azure authentication (similar to authenticating to Microsoft 365 apps).
  • In Appspace, your dashboard will show you your department or unit’s Channels and Library folders, as well as the Common Library accessible by all Cornell CUView users.

For more about getting started with Appspace at Cornell, see the Appspace Overview.

Additional general vendor documentation can be found in the Appspace Knowledge Center. Keep in mind that Cornell is not licensed for all the features that Appspace offers.
