Follow this procedure when you no longer want AppStream to have permission to access your OneDrive account, for example, when you no longer have any classes using AppStream.
This will not affect or delete any files stored in your OneDrive. It only removes AppStream’s access to them.
You will need to do this only once.
We assume you have signed in to Apps on Demand and opened at least one app.
Use your browser (preferably Google Chrome) to navigate to Canvas at Cornell.
You will get the best performance if you work with files from your Temporary Drive or Temporary Files location within the Amazon AppStream streaming session.
Cornell’s Apps on Demand (Amazon AppStream) no longer offers Google Drive as an option for Apps on Demand file storage. OneDrive is still available.

If, when signing in to Apps on Demand/Amazon AppStream, you see a message that “No streaming resources are available for your session,” it most likely means that at the time you tried to sign in, all available AppStream sessions were currently in use by other users.

What is spam?
Messages classified as unsafe (viruses and malware) are not delivered, period.
Messages classified as spam are placed in your account’s Office 365 Junk Email folder. For students, this means the spam never gets as far as your Office 365 or Google Workspace Inbox.
If this happens, Microsoft recommends turning off caching of shared folders as documented on their Performance and Sync Problems support page. In the Resolution section of that page, follow the steps for Method 2: Disable caching of all shared folders.
The vendor’s documentation recommends that you not run Box Drive and Box Sync on the same machine. Both the vendor’s installer and the Cornell Managed Desktop installer will walk you through uninstalling Box Sync while installing Box Drive.
