  3. The My Media page will be displayed.

View the Media on Your My Media Page

There are three options to sort or filter your media:

  • Sort by: You may sort by the most recent media file uploaded or alphabetically.
  • View by Media Status: You may view media with any status (View All Statuses) or by a specific status you assigned to the media. See Share Your Media for more information about media status. Note that the Pending and Rejected statuses are not used by Video on Demand.
  • View by Media Type: Select this menu to view all media or a specific type of media. Note that at this time, webcasts are not supported.

To view a specific media file, click the thumbnail of the item.

Delete Media

As of November 2024, deleted files are no longer deleted immediately, but instead moved to a Recycle Bin where they can be recovered for 30 days.

Media can be emptied from the Recycle Bin to delete entries immediately:

  1. Open your My Media page.
  2. Find the media to delete.
  3. To delete one file, click the Delete button next to the media’s thumbnail. The Delete Confirmation window appears. Click Delete to delete the file.
  4. To delete multiple files, click the checkboxes next to the items. Click the Actions button, then Delete. The Delete Confirmation window appears.
  5. Click Delete to delete the file.
  6. Deleted media is moved to the Recycle Bin where it can be recovered for up to 30 days. See Use the Video on Demand Recycle Bin for more information.

Media is emptied from the Recycle Bin after 30 days, after which it is permanently deleted. To fully delete an entry immediately, it must be emptied from the Recycle Bin after being deleted as described above.  This is done as follows:

  1. Select your profile name to open the menu, then choose My Recycle Bin.
  2. Scroll to the media item you would like to permanently delete, then select Delete (trash can icon) for that item.
  3. At the warning message, confirm you would like to permanently delete the item by clicking Delete.
