Edit TeamDynamix Tickets

This assumes you have already logged in to the Ticket Console and the ticket of interest is visible in the console.
- Open the ticket by clicking its ID number or the title. A new window will open displaying the selected ticket.
- Click to edit individual data fields within the ticket. If, instead you want to make high-level changes, like reassigning the ticket, click the green dropdown list.
- Click when finished.
- Click to return to the normal view of the ticket.
