Sign In to Submit a Request to Qualtrics Support

Select Qualtrics Community to see if your question has been answered before. 

To sign in to Qualtrics Community,

  1. Click Sign in with SSO.
    At the Qualtrics support sign in screen, select Sign In with SSO.
  2. For Organization ID, type cornell.
    At the Qualtrics support sign in screen, when asked for Organization ID, enter cornell.
  3. You will then be able to sign in using CUWebLogin.

Request help

Qualtrics can help you with most, but not all, things you need to do with their survey service. The following are handled by CIT. Contact surveys@cornell.edu or the IT Service Desk if you need help with:
  • Changing survey ownership
  • Recovering a deleted survey
  • Sending an invitation to a very large group
  • Adjusting account permissions, or other account-related issues, such as moving your account to a different institution
  1. On the Qualtrics support page, click Qualtrics Support.
    Select Qualtrics support
     
  2. Next, select Survey Platform.
    Select Survey Platform
  3. On the Survey Platform support page, select Contact Support.
    Select Contact Support
     
  4. At the sign in page, click Sign in with SSO.
    At the Qualtrics support sign in screen, select Sign In with SSO.
  5. For Organization ID, type cornell.
    At the Qualtrics support sign in screen, when asked for Organization ID, enter cornell.
  6. You will then be able to sign in using CUWebLogin.
