Create a Qualtrics Account

If you do not yet have an account for Cornell Qualtrics, one will be generated for you automatically the first time you log in. By clicking the login link, you certify that you understand and agree to the terms of use for Cornell's survey tool. 

To log in, go to the Cornell Qualtrics service website, select the Log In to Qualtrics option, and sign in with your Cornell NetID and password like you normally would. 

If someone is trying to add you as a collaborator on one of their surveys, they won't be able to successfully do so until you sign in for the first time. Any shares set up before your first sign-in will need to be deleted and then retried after you've signed in.
