During the week of October 19-23, we'll highlight the “smart world” we live in and the importance of educating all citizens about cybersecurity as more and more of the devices we use—from phones and tablets to homes and medical devices—connect to the Internet.

The IT Security Office has scheduled a First Responder Training class designed and intended for security liaisons and support staff who act as a first responder to system compromises as part of their operational duties.

This class is for people who have had some experience with OBIEE Answers so there is a prerequisite of having completed the Cornell tutorial and approximately 20 hours of using the tool.

The IT Service Management team in partnership with CIT Applications and the vendor Calero will be upgrading Pinnacle to V6.5.1 over the weekend of October 16.
