Sign Up for E-signature Service

This article applies to: Electronic Signature

To use the E-Signature Service as an admin or a sender, your unit must be enrolled in the service. A unit can enroll by having the unit head or the unit's ITSG director contact the IT Service Desk.

To use Adobe Sign to get documents signed, contact your unit's Adobe Sign admin or local technical support staff. Your unit admin can assign licenses as needed, and assign users to groups. You will also need to enroll in Two-Step Login before using the E-signature Service.

If you will be signing high-value transactions in Adobe Sign, make sure your unit admin provides you with a Cornell enterprise account. High-value transactions are worth more than $25,000, or are agreements on behalf of the entire university, such as real estate agreements. If you're not sure if you have an enterprise account, try to log in to Cornell's E-signature Service. If you're successful, you have an enterprise account. If not, you may have a free account, or no account at all.
