Space administrators who want to grant another person access to their Confluence space need to access the Manage Users tab. The steps to access the tab may differ depending on the theme being used on the site.

There are two ways that you can choose to be notified when content in Confluence is updated.
Watches
Setting a page, blog, or space watch will cause Confluence to send you an email whenever a change is made to the page, blog, or space you're watching.
Creating Tables
In Confluence you can create tables or you can create sections with columns in the page. Both formatting options are very similar except that tables do not allow you to specify widths. Confluence provides instructions on how to add a table to your page.
Common Page Functions
Add a Page
People with the appropriate permissions can add a page by clicking the Create button. By default, a new page will be added as a child of the current page, and the permissions for the new page will be the same as the current page.
Child: A child page is one that has a parent. A child page may also have children pages.
Dashboard: The default homepage for Confluence.
