Zoom Support

This article applies to: Zoom

On This Page

For immediate help with Zoom, including live issues as an event is taking place, we recommend that you contact the Zoom Support page and open a chatbot session (see below for details).

For licensing, provisioning, and authentication issues for Cornell University courses and business, contact the IT Service Desk. Cornell only provides Zoom support for Cornell faculty, students, and staff. For licensing and authentication support for non-Cornell accounts, use the Zoom Support website (opens Zoom website).

Contact Zoom Support

The Zoom Support page includes a chatbot (select the blue speech bubble logo) and additional resources, including a searchable Knowledge Base, Getting Started guides, audio-video troubleshooting resources, a Learning Center with recorded tutorials and live sessions, and Zoom Community forums.

If the chatbot is unable to assist, type agent to chat with a human support representative.

Cornell faculty, students, and staff should log in to Zoom using Cornell’s Zoom Login page (cornell.zoom.us), rather than the generic Zoom site mentioned in Zoom’s knowledge base pages.

Are There Fees or Charges Associated with Zoom Support?

There is no cost for using the Zoom Support website.
