Zoom Learning Center: Vendor Training Courses and Videos

Free, vendor-provided training for hosts and participants

This article applies to: Zoom

Zoom offers a variety of learning options for users:

  • Zoom Learning Center
This resource offers training courses to deepen your understanding of Zoom's many features. Curated “Learning Plans” and e-Learning courses are available for a wide range of topics. If you are new to using Zoom, start with the topics in the “Product Basics” category. Saving your progress in a Learning Plan may require signing in (use the “SSO” option at the sign-in screen and specify your “cornell” domain when prompted).
  • “Show Me” Videos
Interested in a quick tutorial about a specific Zoom topic? You may find the “Show Me” Videos webpage useful. In particular, take a look at the Show Me” Videos topics for “Zoom Meetings” and “Zoom Platform.”
As a Cornell user, be sure to sign in through the Cornell Zoom webpage, rather than Zoom’s generic page (as is often shown in training materials intended for the general public). Also, keep in mind that not all features for which Zoom offers training are available as part of Cornell’s service, and some topics may only be appropriate for system administrators.
