How to use Two-Step Login if you don't have access to any of your enrolled devices or passcodes

The IT Service Desk can issue an emergency bypass code that will allow you to log in up to ten times over the next twenty-four hours.
To obtain the emergency bypass code, you must verify your identity with the IT Service Desk. This means that you will need an official id handy and be able to participate in a live Zoom session.
Type Live Agent in the Ask Big Red chatbot to get a bypass code during standard business hours.
