After Hours Support

The IT Service Desk provides support Monday-Friday, 8am-6pm. If you need assistance at other times, this page provides guidance.

Please wait to contact the IT Service Desk during normal business hours (Monday-Friday, 8am-6pm) for any issues that are not emergencies. Please understand that individual issues are usually not considered to be emergencies -- for example, if you need your NetID password reset, you need to arrange for release from Network Quarantine, or you can't connect your individual computer to the network.

To report an IT security emergency or a critical service disruption that cannot wait until the IT Service Desk is open, please call (607) 255-5500 to be connected to the after-hours answering service, who will notify an on-call contact.
