What Happens When a Qualtrics User Leaves Cornell?

User accounts are not immediately deleted or lost, and all survey data persists in the system. However, users will not be able to log in and access the data. After two years, accounts are permanently deleted.
If you need to access your Qualtrics account to download data from it, submit a form for temporary Qualtrics reactivation. Once temporary reactivation is granted, you will have one month to download your data. This request can be made only once. If you need uninterrupted access after leaving, you can apply for a Sponsored Cornell NetID.
If you are moving to another institution that has a Qualtrics instance, you can contact the IT Service Desk using the Qualtrics support form to request that your account be moved to that institution.
