How Do I Update My Display Name Inside Qualtrics?

Qualtrics continues to show the name that was associated with your Cornell identity at the time you created the account, even if you later change your name in other university systems. To have your name be changed inside Qualtrics, please submit a request to CIT using the Qualtrics support form.
Provide them with:
- Your NetID
- The name that is still showing in Qualtrics and that you'd like changed.
- The name that you would like to show in Qualtrics.
Once the change is made, that is the name that people who are trying to share a survey with you will need to use to search for your account.
