Checking Device Errors in Lexmark Fleet Management
Login at Lexmark Portal with your Cornell email address. If you have not been added as a registered user, contact our Toshiba representative.
Select (under the dot grid in the header).
You can now filter and view a variety of status features for all devices. This will give a more precise error breakdown than PaperCut.
Sorting the Communication Status, Printer Alerts, or Supply Status will identify all devices not properly functioning. Unfortunately, it is by IP address with limited ability to name the location, so you will need to cross-reference the IP with PaperCut to identify the printer.
