Email Delivery Options (Faculty/Staff/Retirees)

Email for Microsoft Office 365 accounts is routed directly to Microsoft's servers without passing through Cornell's email system. You can access your messages using Outlook on the web, or through the email app of your choice.
If you want to forward your messages to an additional address - despite our strong recommendation that you do not - you can do this through Outlook on the web (Gear icon - Mail settings - Forward).
Be aware of policy changes by the major email service providers that may affect your email delivery. These external policies are the reason we say "The university does not take responsibility for email sent to non-Cornell accounts."
