Intakes and Discoveries
We work with you to meet your business needs, budget, and deadlines. Our intake services range from a free 1-hour intake to short discoveries to full-scale requirements.
User Experience Research and Information Architecture
Our aim is to delight your users and help them use your website or app most efficiently.
We conduct user research including:
- User interviews
- Surveys
- Google Analytics analysis
- Card sorting
- Tree testing
- Competitive analysis
We use this research to develop user-centered information architecture and wireframes that support user workflows, tasks, and goals. In addition we work with stakeholders to gain consensus on these decisions.
Our team can also assist with usability testing on existing sites or apps to help pinpoint what’s working well and where improvements can be made.
Branding and Visual Design
We have top-notch designers who create visual designs that distinctively represent your department, college, school, program, or project, while fulfilling all requirements of the Cornell branding guidelines.
Quality Assurance and Web Accessibility
