We develop and implement communication strategies and marketing campaigns for Cornell's information technology (IT) products, services, and initiatives to raise awareness, build buy-in, stimulate growth, modify behavior, guide through changes, or respond to challenges.
We write, edit, and maintain technical documentation about Cornell's IT products and services to enable people to use technology as easily and intuitively as possible to get their work done.
We offer in-person workshops and classes on standard office productivity tools and technical topics, as well as customized training. We also offer a training classroom, a portable training lab, and extensive online training through LinkedIn Learning and Skillsoft.
We use market research tools, such as surveys and focus groups, to explore and more clearly understand what IT products and services the Cornell community wants and needs.
IT@Cornell is our custom-developed website for delivering news, service alerts, documentation, and guides supported by our Twitter feed, Yammer, email communications, and IT events.
