View Installed Printers (Mac)

Though PrinterLogic on the Mac does not have a feature to display your installed printers, you can use the macOS System Preferences to show installed printers.

To view the printers installed on your Mac:

  1. From your Mac desktop, click the Apple menu icon.
  2. Click System Preferences, then click Printers & Scanners.
  3. In the Printers & Scanners window, review details about your installed printers such as Name, Location, Kind, and Status

Here, you can also:

  • Set a default printer by clicking Default Printer
  • Remove a printer by selecting it from the list, then clicking Remove.
