Box Problem: Error in the Script on this Page

User Experience

A few users have reported getting an error when re-installing Box Drive on Windows 10.

Dialog box titled Script Error. First line reads An error has occurred in the script on this page.

Solution

  1. Open Internet Explorer.
  2. Click the gear icon in the toolbar, then select Compatibility View settings.
  3. Remove the checks from both Display intranet sites in Compatibility View and Use Microsoft compatibility lists.
  4. Click Close.
