Event Technical Support services meet the audio-visual (AV) needs of events through a fee-based service. From webinar support to hybrid events, CIT has the staff, expertise, and equipment to meet your event's technical needs.

Room AV+ Support
- Includes AV support services listed above: but would include Zoom creation and management options while the technician is also on-site providing room support.
- Customized Zoom meeting or webinar with high capacity license capability
Video editing is an additional fee of $107 per hour
Please note: this service is significantly simpler and involves fewer technicians and less equipment than a full hybrid service. The nature of an on-site event limits the amount of attention the one tech can devote to the online audience. If you require more attention to detail or would like to use our professional cameras, etc., we recommend using our Hybrid Events package.

Billing
Billing is done through the CIT Unified Billing System, the same system used for voice and data billing. Bills are viewable online the first of the month following the service date. If you have any questions or need help accessing the billing system, please contact the CIT Billing Office.
