Billing Support for CIT Voice, Data, CUView, and AV Services

We are in the process of replacing our billing system.

In November 2024, a new Cornell IT billing system will provide greater clarity in both the Kuali Financial System and in individual department reports. The new system, PCR-360, replaces a legacy system that is no longer adequately supported by the vendor and lacked granularity for providing KFS details that department coordinators needed to more efficiently manage their tracking and payment processes.

This web page and others will be updated to reflect the new system and to assist those who need access to the information. We appreciate your patience as we go through this migration. Contact us at CITBillingOffice@cornell.edu if you have questions.
