Billing Support for CIT Voice, Data, CUView, and AV Services

We have migrated to a new billing system.

In November of 2024, a new Cornell IT billing system went live. This system provides greater clarity in both the Kuali Financial System and in individual department reports. The new system, PCR-360, replaced a legacy system that is no longer adequately supported by the vendor and lacked granularity for providing KFS details that department coordinators needed to more efficiently manage their tracking and payment processes.

Monthly bills are available online for CIT voice and data services for authorized users.

Support Contact:The CIT Billing Office provides centralized billing support for CIT voice, data, CUView, and audio/video services, with a single consolidated online bill. Our services include:

  • Billing and accounting inquiries for the following phone and network services:
    • Voice, data, wireless and special circuits
    • Recurring and one-time charges (MRCs, OCCs)
  • Account changes for the above services
  • Service reassignments and name changes
  • Inquiries regarding telephone and network bills and reports, including the management of administrative access
  • Updates to CIT's list of department billing and telecommunication coordinators

The CIT Billing Office is part of CIT's Finance division. Our staff are trained in the business/pricing/service plans for the billed CIT services that we support as well as the university accounting system. This provides the telecom and/or billing coordinator a central point of contact for CIT accounting if you need to make account number changes, or discuss issues from an accounting perspective.
