RingCentral can be set up to handle a number of situations, including
- Call queues that vary by shift
- Paging groups
- Bridged calls
Please contact ncs-os@cornell.edu to work with the Request Fulfillment team to address your needs.
New employees will be added to the same system (RingCentral or Avaya) as their unit, unless the unit's representative has a different business need.
