Qualtrics Trigger or Workflow to Send Email Not Working

If you have set up a Trigger or a Workflow in a Qualtrics survey to send an email when the survey is submitted, and no email is being sent, have the owner of the survey try to sign into Qualtrics by selecting surveys.cornell.edu. If they are unable to sign in, their account may have been disabled after a year of inactivity. The survey owner's account being in a disabled state can cause trigger or workflow emails to fail, even if they were created by collaborators whose accounts are active.
atYou can either:
- Have the survey owner fill out the request to have their account re-enabled, or
- You can request ownership of the survey be changed to someone else using the Qualtrics general request form.
