Manage Notifications in Qualtrics

This article applies to: Qualtrics (Survey Tool)

Qualtrics provides notifications about activity for your surveys. These notifications, which can arrive through email, include:

  • If someone has shared a survey with you.
  • Tracking of metrics that are set in your Qualtrics dashboard.
  • Workflows you've set up.
  • When a survey digest is ready for you to view.
  • Suggestions of features you might want to use.

To manage these notifications:

  1. From any screen in Qualtrics, select the Notifications (bell) icon.
    Select Notifications
  2. Select the Settings (gear) icon.
    Select Settings
  3. Toggle the notification options on or off based on your preferences.
    Enable or disable notifications for different types of events or actions.
