On Saturday, October 10, 2026, TeamDynamix (TDX) will upgrade to version 12.3. 

Version 12.3 will have many new features, nine of which were enhancements that Cornell requested. Some of the new features the community can look forward to include: 

• Consumable Inventory Management – Define the consumables that are relevant for your organization, track their inventory in locations and rooms, and record inventory usage on service management tickets.
• Conditional Visibility for Static Content – Forms can now display static content conditionally, based on what a user selects in a choice-based field on the same form. Administrators configure this directly in the form builder by specifying which field value should reveal the content; the content stays hidden until a matching selection is made.
• Delegated Approvals and Improved Approval UX – Approvers and/or administrators can define when to delegate incoming approvals to someone else. The approval pages in the client portal have been updated to be more intuitive for people who use TDX to approve work.
• Ticket to Ticket and Ticket to PPM Relationships – New options to track relationships between tickets and between a ticket and a project or its tasks and issues. These make understanding all your teams’ work easier by keeping everything recorded on the ticket.
