Network Installation

As part of the server installation process, CIT will coordinate any required network installations as per the customer's request. The cost for a network connection(s) will be charged directly to the customer's University account. The current rate structure is available in the Voice and Data Rates Catalog.

Rack Installation

Servers are mounted in CIT provided racks. (If your server is not currently rack mountable, assistance is available to help with selecting the appropriate rack mount kit.)

System Backup

Server Farm clients who don't have a service agreement, please note that the Server Farm service does not provide a backup facility. EZ-Backup can be used for server backup and is the customer's responsibility. A server may be registered for EZ-Backup by filling out a subscription form available online.
