Request Support

CUView support hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 8am-4:30pm, during normal university operation, except during identified critical periods when support may be extended.

  1. Contact the IT Service Desk to request CUView support.
  2. Keep the automated email response confirming your request. It includes an incident number in the subject line that refers to your request.
