Request Support

CUView support hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 8am-4:30pm, during normal university operation, except during identified critical periods when support may be extended.

Keep the automated email response confirming your request or reported issue. This email includes the support ticket number and allows you to easily reply to IT staff about your request.

Things to Think About Before Submitting a Trouble Ticket

  • Check to make sure the display is turned on and the correct video input is selected.
  • Check to see if any cables (within easy view/access) are disconnected.
  • Verify with the local content creator to make sure no planned content change has occurred.
  • Take note of the details of the outage; i.e., what is on the screen, including the exact text of any error messages.
