We will be adding more printers through the fall and spring semesters, replacing Net-Print printers with CU Print printers. For the most up-to-date list of printers,
- Log in to the CU Print web portal with your NetID and password.
- Click Rates in the left sidebar. Each listed printer's name includes its building location. If you hover over the printer name, you'll see a notes box with a more precise location.
- The printers whose names end with "-BW" are black-and-white only. They do not allow ledger (11 by 17 inches) printing.
- The printers whose names end with "-C" are color. They do not allow ledger (11 by 17 inches) printing.
-
The printers whose names end with "-MFP" are color. They are capable of ledger (11 by 17 inches) printing, but not all have ledger paper pre-loaded.
The "MFP" devices can also scan documents.
Some Printers Are in Reservation-Only Spaces
