Voice Mail (AUDIX)

Voice mail (AUDIX) provides the ability to receive and send voice mail messages to other campus voice mail users.

In addition this service can be used for:

  • Bulletin Boards: A bulletin board allows a user to establish a prerecorded announcement to inform or redirect callers.  Callers will not be able to leave a voice mail message.
  • Auto Attendant: An auto attendant answers incoming calls with a prerecorded announcement and routes them based on a caller's response to menus and prompts.  The main auto-attendant is a single menu of options with predefined auto-attendant legs that will route to specific destinations.
