Accounts set up in the Academic Web Hosting environments will not expire.  However, when a user leaves Cornell University, they will no longer be able to connect to the servers using CU VPN. 

Users will be contacted annually and asked whether they wish to maintain their account.  

Site owners should inform the Center for Teaching Innovation (CTI) when a user who has privileges to edit their website leaves or no longer needs edit access privileges. 

Site owners will be asked annually to affirm that their website is still needed and that it conforms to the Academic Web Hosting policies.
