Why can't I find a particular e-list in Simplelists?
- Are you the owner? You can look up ownership with the Cornell University E-List Service.

- If you're not the owner, contact the owner listed in the Cornell University E-List Service.
How do I change owners in Simplelists?
Use the e-list ownership transfer process.
I added admins to an e-list, but they didn't get the admin welcome message.
This is a known bug, and it has been reported to the vendor. In the meantime, you can refer new admins to instructions for logging in to Simplelists.
After migrating to Simplelists, what happens to the email address MYLIST-L@cornell.edu?
The Lyris e-list address will go away:
- immediately if you attested RENEW_B or SHUTDOWN_B
- in early August if you attest with RENEW_A or SHUTDOWN_A
